What is it with the sudden influx of homophobes onto LJ? Fermatojam, and Killiganhashope, and now epicyclical reports an exchange of e-mails with one who apparently managed not to know that Ian McKellen is gay. Doesn't everybody know that?

It has been brought to my attention that I didn't phrase the above paragraph very well. It wasn't the not knowing that made Cassie's e-mailer a homophobe. It was more her reaction to Cassie's suggestion that he is gay. Click on the link to her journal and all will become clear.

Master and Commander. Russell Crowe, Paul Bettany, Billy Boyd (and Lee Ingleby, Daryn!). All in the same film. Oh, the hotness.

And as for "Troy"! Well, let's just list them, shall we? Brad Pitt. Eric Bana. Orlando Bloom. Sean Bean. And the cast isn't even finalised yet, so there may be more. *faints*

Oh, and Julie Christie's in it! What's the betting John Rhys-Davies will be visiting Sean and Orlando on set? Remember what he said about her on the DVD commentary? *wicked grin*
