"Into the house? Oh, Mr. Frodo, I couldn't. What would my Gaffer say?"

"Of course you can. Bilbo's not here, if that's what's worrying you".

"If you're sure…"

"I am. In fact, I'm giving you the afternoon off. Stay and have tea with me. Help me pass the time until Bilbo comes home. I'll order you to if I must".

"Me? Stay here all afternoon, and not working? But what'll we do with ourselves?"

"Oh…" *sly grin* "I'm sure I can come up with something".
