Anyone out there in England who (knows someone who) could provide a good home for a young and apparently friendly bull mastiff?

He's about eighteen months old and has too much energy for his current owners to give him what he really needs, plus they're low on money to feed him right now. They've been looking for a rehoming shelter with space for him, but he's a big dog and they've been having trouble finding one.
