Jul. 18th, 2008 10:09 amI got an email from Patricia in HR just now. Apparently, I don't sign my contract until I go to the corporate induction on Monday and Tuesday, and I don't get paid until I sign my contract, which means I haven't been paid for June.
This is the first I've heard of this, and on 7 July, the CEO's PA told me I should have received my payslip by then.
I'm not wrong to be annoyed by this, am I? It just strikes me as a complete lack of organisation or communication or something.
ETA: I've signed all the paperwork now and she's going to try and get an advance cheque but it's looking like I'll have to wait until the end of July to get both months' pay. Guess it's a tight belt for the next two weeks.
