So. After attempting to throw up twice this morning (there was nothing in my stomach to throw up the second time), I have done as promised and called an ambulance.

See y'all on the flipside.

ETA: The ambulance crew didn't feel I needed to actually go to Casualty. But they did arrange for a doctor from my GP surgery to come out to me, probably at lunchtime.

The doctor thinks it's a kidney infection, from what she was able to tell so far. But I have antibiotics for a week and I have painkillers, so here's hoping I'll actually be able to manage work tomorrow.
