Arthur was rather startled to be accosted, in his favourite pub, by a rather unkempt man wearing a stupid hat.
"You have to come with me right now."
"Who are you?"
"My name is Dirk. I followed you here."
"You followed me? Why?"
"To see where you would lead me. Now, I need you to come with me, right now. We have important business to attend to"
"Er… do we?"
"Yes", said the stranger firmly, and escorted Arthur away from the bar with an insistent hand on the shoulder. As they went, the man was already starting some kind of explanation.
"What do you know about the fundamental interconnectedness of all things…?"
