I would really like to know why my laptop has suddenly decided it can't handle Firefox, iTunes, Trillian and BitTorrent running all at the same time. It always did before.

Also why my anti-spyware program, as of the last day or two, thinks iTunes is a malicious process.

System restore? That seems a bit like a worm using up memory, but I am very much not an expert.
