I've just been dared - or more like ordered - to take an RPS fic as a gift for whichever actor will be at the next Collectormania. I'm thinking possibly not. I would, but I really don't want to scar some poor dear for life and make him never do a convention again...

I remember that....

It could have far worse repurcussions than simply that. It's a bad, bad thing to do and I would strongly recommend against it. Nothing puts a fandom at worse risk than that kind of exposure.

I really wouldn't recommend it, and honestly don't see what purpose it would serve.

I dont think it's a good idea personally, but I can see all points.
The ironic thing is, you are more likely to get in trouble for fandoms than RPSbecause of copyright laws and stuff....
But as a rule I think that it's better to respect the actor/actress rather than stick to fandom rules...do what you think is best...
