There. Are. Two. Ducks. Swimming in my drainage ditch.

Where the hell did they come from?

Still, at least they seem to be happy in their little ducky way. I'm slightly worried about what they're eating, though, there can't be any healthy food in there...

Ducks will happily swim in swimming pools and drainage ditches for hours. They will probably go somewhere else to find food, although they may return to the ditch a couple of times over the next few days.

Of course, nothing compares with the duck who built her nest and laid her eggs outside an urban dunkin' donuts. All she had was a little planter ... and there was no pond or other water source anywhere nearby.
