It just seemed right somehow that that note was completely flat.
Broken-hearted, as it was.
And the woman singing the demo of that song on the CD does the same thing (I don't think it's Sarah, it doesn't really sound like her),
Joss' wife, I believe; I forget her name. Let me take a look at my CD when I get home tonight.
so it must have been intentional.
My feeling. A perfect tune there would have subtracted the actual effect of her pronouncement.
